I Love Honeybees, I hate Bumble Bees; I love Turtles, I hate Post Title

Hi I had a horror movie dinner last night.
I was just eating outside, having a nice little dinner with my innocent family. Suddenly, a bumble bee appears. It flies around, and then flies straight for me! Around two milimeters from my back, it flies away. It flies to mom, gently, then goes away. She always had a nice relationship with the pests.
   I was shaking. It had been very scary. But I continued my dinner. Then,TWO came around and flew around me like a shark swimmin around its prey. They scared me, then flew away again. When the next one came back, I hid under the table. The Bumbles stayed for the rest of dinner, so I stayed under the table. My sister got me a blanket. Anytime I peeked out, the Bumbles flew straight at me. And I think sis was tryingto get me killed, because she gave the one blanket with Winnie the Pooh on it, of course he was holding a POT OF HONEY.
   My murderous siblings.
   Oh yeah. Mackenzie, the 3 year old, suffocates my other sister, Alexandra, during bath time. And Alex calls me "a stupid stinky pants" like five times a day. Or more, I really don't like keeping count.
   It is sooo strange. All weekend, it's been like 50 000 000 000 000 000 000.2 degrees. I have sweated so muchle\lately.
   Oh and heres for all those i___ users: if you press the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time you can take a picture of your screen. It's really cool. :)
   The project I've been waiting for all year is just about ready to be started. It's the final project for our Social Studies - Ancient Civilizations unit where we study a civilization and then do a presentation on it. Really, there's a lot more to it, but I don't feel like going into detail. Anyway, I'm going to do Rome, and we start in about a week, after we finish this little in-class Task Cards thing comparing Mesopatamia and Ancient Egypt, then we take a test on it, and then start the final project. I'm so excited!
   Sorry if I'm copying you, Em, but I love music (I hope ur reading her blog!!!!! http://www.limesrfulloflife.blogspot.com/ ) Over the weekend, I've gotten 30 songs. This is why I need allowance. On that note, I've babysitted my sisters for 3 and a half hours so far today. They are exhausting. I'm listening to music 24/7, including right now, and probably when you're reading it, too. Wo doesn't love listening to a song 5 000 000 000 times a day?

Hi my awesome blog readers. I have so much to say; this is gonna be a really long post.
1st order of business -- My Messed Up Mouth.
For a while I've wanted to get braces because my teeth are all crooked, so my Dad and I went to the local orthodontist yesterday to see if "I'm a good candidate" for braces. Woah, turns out is was worse than just crooked teeth. Well, my palette, (my top jaw) is too narrow, so my bottom jaw, which is normal sized, couldn't fit in normally, so all my bottom teeth inclined, and to get a normal bite, my bottom moved backward. And I have upper jaw teeth crowding. And crooked teeth.
Diagnosis -- first I get a palette expander, this thing that goes on my top jaw and I get a key for and I twist it once every night and it just makes my palette a little bit wider every night. Then, I get this thing that goes on my bottom jaw and has springs attached to it and the other end attaches to my top jaw, and this moves my top backward and my bottom forward, until everything is in place. (And if you think it's weird that I'm going to have springs in my mouth, guess what the springs replace... (anticipation (hey, are you even allowed to put parentheses inside parenthesis?))... try to guess... headgear. After my jaw is good, I'm going to get the braces. After braces, I'll have a permanent retainer and this little wire-stuff against my four front teeth of both jaws, but I can take out the top one if I want to after a few years, but I think I'll keep it in for safe keeping.

Yesterday I went to Evergreen & Brickworks with my Dad and sisters and we passed this pond that's supposed to have (guess what) turtles in it and I saw one! I really wanted to take it home, but that would have been illegal, so I decided not to. It was black, but it's body, not it's shell, had long, thin, stripes going down it. We took a few pictures but I haven't uploaded them yet, so I'll post them as soon as I get them. When we left, I was like "Bye bye, Mettey/Metey, I love. I'll remember you forever" and I seriously wanted to cry. My Lifetime wish of seeing a real, live, turtle that's not stuck in a cage, but in the wildlife FULFILLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

Hi everybody. How are you doing? I'm feeling really chippy right now. Guess what? I am getting the Sims 3.

Here's a story: I didn't my get my solo for CATS. See, I'm hopelessly in love with this guy Demitri, who's hopelessly in love with Mia, who's hopelessly in love with Xander (Lysander -- they call me Elle, for Helena) who's hopelessly in love with Mia. But here's their catch : Mia's father wants Mia to marry Demitri, who she despises. So Xander and Mia go to elope, and I find out, so I tell Demitri in hope that (Quote) "he will be so grateful that I told him he will fall madly and deeply in love with him" (I'm a bit on the crazy side... WOW, this character is more like me than I thought.) Anyway, you'll just have to find out the rest because I'm getting off track. There's this song, Invisible, by (guess who) Taylor Swift (big surprise. Yay.) So I asked if I could sing it, and they said that they'd try to squeeze it in because the play can't be longer than 45 mns. But yesterday they showed us the other song we'd be singing and it's Don't Go Breaking My Heart (Greatest thing that's ever happened to me) for the opening (as a group) and they didn't say anything about a solo... sadly... sigh...

I'm using a lot of parentheses today. I'm getting to getting my pet turtle Metey  (if it's a boy) or Mettey (if it's a girl) that I dream about. Today when I said "if I get FurReal Friend turtle and take care of it for a year, then can we can get a real turtle?" I always ask that, and they always say "No." or my Mom says "Not until we get a penguin" which I'm sure we all know is never going to happen, but my Mom wants a penguin almost as much as I want a turtle. But today she said "Maybe. We'd think about it." YES! I WANT A TURTLE SO BAD AND I MIGHT JUST GET ONE THIS DECADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made this really funny movie called "Save Our Planet" and it is my crazy sisters. It is hilarious.

I finished my Eyewitness Weather book yesterday and now I'm reading the one called Hurricane & Tornado (my 4th and 5th favorite things -- after Taylor Swift and turtles.

How do my new layout? I think this is one favorites yet. I also like the one with the wishing flower weed thing on it, if you remember that one.

I love you Taylor Swift. I am singing The Outside for my school's Talent Show at the annual Fun Fair.

Me and 3 of my friends think that we figured what happens in the rest of the Heroes of Olympus series (if you haven't read them skip this). (Starts in the Mark of Athena) The ship is landing, and you find  out that Annabeth has been taken captive by Gaea, like Nico. Annabeth is in the same place Nico was, which is in Rome, but Nico has escaped. Annabeth breaks out (using her wits) and  chases after Nico so that Gaea doesn't find him first. Going back to Camp Jupiter, Jason tells his story of what happens and there is just a tweak off that doesn't really matter but Octavian uses it to convince the Camp that the Greeks cannot be trusted. So they try to kill them, and the Greeks must flee. Jason comes with them. They must find a way to side with Romans, and they figure their best shot is in Rome. Also, that's where they believe Annabeth and Nico are so they take their warship there. Annabeth is chasing Nico and they Greeks are chasing Annabeth who are being chased down by the Romans.  The Greek Gods are just sitting by and taking no action but Athena is very scared for Annabeth and mad at the Romans for not helping to find her daughter so she makes a volcano like Venezuela, the one that burned down Pompeii, to explode and burn down Rome. Get it? -- Wisdom's Daughter Walks Alone, The Mark of Athena Burns Through Rome. And here's the really complicated part -- Athena has done what she wanted, so she returns to Olympus, but the other Gods are furious with her so they don't let her back in. Because she was rejected and out of fury, Athena seeks out the Greek demigods and make them their own, not controlled by the Gods, kind of like refugees. Also, the volcano is getting out of control and destroying the world. Annabeth finds Nico, but too late, because Nico has been taken over by Gaea just like how Silena and Luke were. The Annabeth has to her choice -- remember, from The Battle of The Labyrinth? to stop the volcano. We don't think that Annabeth dies, but we think (I think) that she completely destroys the volcano, but Nico gets caught up in it and ends up dying. But during that time, Gaea has unleashed her army of giants, and because Hazel wasn't  up on all of this, brings Nico back, who, of course, is fighting for Gaea, which gives Gaea a huge advantage. The rest we can't really predict, but we think Nico does die in the end, and Hazel definitively can't bring him back because they sent him to  Fields of Punishment, because he fought for Gaea. Those poor Di Angelos. This is not including all the drama going on between everybody. Now that would have taken a long time. Bye.

Hi everybody!!! How are you doing? Good, I hope. I'm doing real well. This week's favorite Taylor Swift song (chosen by me) is Oh My My My (Mary's Song,) and it is, anyway, one my overall favorite songs in all songs! It is sooooo sweet! Listen to it!!!! Anyway, I've been thinking about getting the Sims 3 because I have it on my iPod and the PC version looks way better.

I really want a pet turtle so bad.

It is SO hot down here in Toronto! I mean, seriously,it's only May! We got a new air conditioner so it's been tolerable. I hope, that wherever you are, it isn't as bad as here.

We finished a mini science project today -- we got a part of the immune system and and had to do a poster on our "superhero" I know, it's really cheesy. But the 6th graders had the best project EVER!!!!! They got to go to the Don Valley and take a bunch of pictures and  then they got to make an infomercial on the Don on Apple Computers. I wish we could have done something like that!

My sister killed my mom's iPhone. She forgot it outside (it rained yesterday,) then forgot where she put it. Now it's dead except for that the flashlight won't turn off. Been like that for 24 hours. How can a stinking battery last that long?! Anyway, here's the funny part. I told my parents to soak it in dry (not cooked) rice, because it'll soak up all the water, except they thought it was a silly idea. I my friends, and they're parents, etc. do that, but did they believe me? No. So, moving along, today my Dad did a bit of research on what to do -- and guess what all his workmates told him, what each website suggested to do first? Soak it in dry rice! Ha! Classic!

I finished The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate and it was really good -- but I have a lot of Eyewitness to read and don't really feel / know what to pick for fiction, so I've gone to non-fiction for a while.

Yesterday was my school's Spring Concert. It was really fun but so big that it would be impossible to write down in less than a day.

Qusetion : if I got a website, what would I do with it?

Anyway, getting back to business, there is only a ton of things going on in my life that I can't explain them all... it's just too much....

If you are a very dedicated fan (which you must be, or else why would you still be reading this!) of The Blog of Honeybees, then you might notice that I write my posts in many different ways. This is a completely new kind... don't exactly know how to explain it, though.

Well, I guess I do have to tell you about my life, but I only tell you about the details, because I find the big events boring and not original -- I want to make this a good blog, when I become an author it'll be famous, so I want to be well-written!

I always tell myself to write more on here -- I love you all so much! I'm not sure how to explain it but the people who actually read my blog, if you know me or not, like in real life, you know me well enough from this blog, you still mean the world to me!

My glasses and my 7 Eyewitness books came today. I like them, but really I only tell you about the small things in my life.
